Opis:
WIZUALIZACJA - Informacje ogólne
Urządzenie jest przeznaczone do monitorowania i sterowania transportu technologicznego suszarni tunelowej. System składa się z części sprzętowej (czujniki pomiarowe, przetworniki, sterownik, komputer PC), oraz programowej (aplikacja sterująco-monitorująca – program wizualizacyjny).
Program monitorujący odczytuje dane z urządzeń zewnętrznych i po przetworzeniu przedstawia je na ekranie komputera. Jednocześnie aplikacja zapisuje wyniki pomiarów do bazy danych, celem umożliwienia dokonywania późniejszej analizy, oraz tworzenia pełnej dokumentacji procesów pod kątem systemu zarządzania jakością.
Podstawowe funkcje aplikacji to:
- akwizycja danych – czytanie danych pomiarowych,
- wizualizacja – prezentowanie aktualnych danych na ekranie komputera,
- archiwum – podgląd danych historycznych, zapisanych w bazie danych,
- alarmy – generowanie komunikatów alarmowych,
- konfiguracja układu sterowania,
- zarządzanie transportem wózków.
